On December 22, 2015 Camron Cozzi, one of our Maniax Players was diagnosed with DIPG - Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma a rare form of childhood brain cancer.  Cam was given 2 months to live. 

 

On March 10, 2018, 27 months later on his 18th birthday, Cam went home to meet his heavenly father.  During those 27 months that Cam battled this horrific disease we promised him we would continue to help him fight till there is a treatment and a cure.  Cam's wish was that no kids would be taken from their parents. 

 

Thanks to our continued support of our Maniax families we are able to donate to Team Cozzi Foundation to help raise awareness and find a cure.  Each season we donate $10/player to the foundation.

During tournament play the #2 jersey is worn by a selected player on each Maniax team.  This player earned the integrity by displaying good character.  It’s an honor to wear Cam Cozzi’s #2.
